Please join us on Wednesday, February 25, 2026 at 11:00 am Pacific for "Bridging the Gap: Supporting Election Stakeholders at the Intersection of Administration, Technology, and Security"—the next episode of Election Science Office Hours, a webinar series moderated by R. Michael Alvarez, Flintridge Foundation Professor of Political and Computational Social Science at Caltech and Co-Director, Linde Center for Science, Society, and Policy (LCSSP).

This webinar features Mike Moser, founder of Moser Solutions LLC and an election security expert with a background in resilience planning, threat mitigation, stakeholder engagement, and training and education.

Together, they will discuss how to build resilient infrastructure by navigating the complex overlap of election administration, technology, and security and discuss the mission of the Election Security Exchange, a new initiative providing nonpartisan, actionable insights and practical education to strengthen confidence across the election ecosystem, where Mr. Moser serves as a consultant.

Mr. Moser is an election security subject matter expert with extensive experience securing critical infrastructure systems. He held key positions at the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA) and the Pennsylvania Department of State. At CISA, he served as an IT Cybersecurity Specialist providing the Election Security & Resilience team with crucial expertise in election administration and security. At the Pennsylvania Department of State, he served as the Director of Election Security and Technology. In this role, he collaborated with state and local officials to strengthen election security practices, spearheaded the maintenance and enhancement of the statewide voter registration system, and improved public access to more in-depth election analytics and reporting.
