Grief Support Group

When: Wednesday, February 25th, 12:00pm - 1:00pm
Where: CCID Lounge at the 2nd Floor of CSS (Center for Student Services)
Grieving can feel isolating, especially when you're juggling classes, midterms, research, helping others around you, and everything else life throws your way. But you don't have to carry it alone.
Counseling Services is offering a support group on Wednesday, February 25th, at noon where students can connect with peers who are all dealing with complex emotions around grief. It's a safe, non-judgmental space to share experiences and feelings, and to find comfort with others who are also going through it.
The support group will be guided by a caring mental health professional who understands the many complicated ways grief can show up. Group facilitators will help keep the space safe, structured, and supportive while offering insight and healthy coping tools. Together, you can find comfort in knowing you're not alone and build resilience through community and connection.
Come as you are. No RSVP needed.
