KNI-MDL Seminar

This month's speakers are Guy DeRose from the Kavli Nanoscience Institute at Caltech, who will give a talk called "High Acceleration Voltage Characterization of SML Electron Beam Resist for Ultra High Aspect Ratio Nano-Lithographic Applications," and Choonsup Lee from the Submillimeter-Wave Advanced Technology group at JPL, whose talk is titled "Silicon Micromachining Techniques for THz Applications."
