TEDxCaltech 2013: The Brain.

TEDxCaltech will be held at the California Institute of Technology on Friday, 18 January 2013 from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. It will take ideas worth sharing from Caltech out into the world by exploring The Brain. TEDxCaltech is an immersive experience on stage and off. The diverse group of speakers are asked to give the "talk of their lifetime", sharing with the audience their exciting discoveries, talents, and dreams. The audience, which is every bit as extraordinary as the speakers, will have many opportunities to mingle and connect at extended breaks, lunch, and finally a closing reception. It will be unique and awe-inspiring experience!

Using the fast-paced and intensive format of TED talks, distinguished scientists, business leaders, bold visionaries and a few extraordinary student speakers will explore broad themes in three thought provoking sessions. Throughout the day they will introduce groundbreaking new ideas, share inspired stories and give us a glimpse at the technology of the future taking the audience along on an entertaining intellectual adventure!
