A decade ago, a cohort of Caltech graduate students took part in a new Institute event that posed a wild challenge: Explain your thesis research clearly and compellingly in front of a general audience in just three minutes.
This April 21st marks the 10 year anniversary of the Three Minute Thesis (3MT) Competition at Caltech. Watch our graduate student finalists combine research with storytelling and compete for cash prizes and a People's Choice award.
