Call for Posters: The Caltech and University of Chicago Conference on AI+Science

We are excited to announce the Call for Posters for the AI+Science Conference 2025, sponsored by the Pritzker Foundation. The conference is scheduled for November 10-11, 2025, and is open to the Caltech community. We welcome poster submissions on AI algorithms and their applications in scientific domains.

If you would like to present a poster at the AI+Science Poster Session, please complete Poster Session Application. The deadline for submissions is Thursday, October 9, 2025. Please note that conference registration (details coming soon) is required to apply to present a poster. Feel free to reach out with any questions regarding the poster application or conference registration.

Poster Session Details:

Date/Time: Monday and Tuesday, November 10-11th, 12:00–2:00 PM
Location: Chen 100 (between Chen 100 and Chen 130)
Poster Size: Standard size is 24 x 36 inches (Portrait or Landscape format)
Display Materials: Provided, including either a standing poster board with pins or an easel with a foam board and clips for each accepted presentation.
